Services & Fees

I offer online counselling for adults and in-person cognitive assessments for children in Kellyville. Counselling, parent interviews and assessment feedback are available in English or Mandarin.

Online Counselling

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and relationship difficulties. Appointments take place by video, in English or Mandarin.

Standard consultation: $160.00
Concession consultation: $130.00

The concession fee is available to holders of a Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card or Low Income Health Care Card.

Eligible clients with an appropriate referral can claim a Medicare rebate. For eligible video consultations lasting about 50 minutes, the current rebate is $101.55. This leaves an out-of-pocket cost of $58.45 for a standard consultation or $28.45 for a concession consultation.

Arranging a counselling appointment

If you would like to claim Medicare rebates, speak with your usual GP about your eligibility for a Mental Health Treatment Plan and a referral. Please provide your referral and treatment plan before your appointment.

Eligible clients can generally access Medicare rebates for up to 10 individual mental health treatment services per calendar year, shared across eligible providers. Further referrals and reviews may be needed during treatment.

You can also attend privately without a GP referral.

Children’s Cognitive Assessments — WISC-V

WISC-V cognitive assessments are available for children aged 6 to 16 years and 11 months. They can help clarify a child’s thinking and learning strengths and areas where further support may be helpful.

The package includes:

• A parent interview to discuss your questions and your child’s background
• Individual testing with your child in Kellyville
• Scoring and interpretation of the results
• A personalised written report in English
• A parent feedback appointment to discuss findings and recommendations

Parent interviews and feedback are available in English or Mandarin. Children’s testing uses the English-language assessment. Before booking, we will discuss your child’s language background and whether this assessment is appropriate.

WorkCover and CTP Counselling

I provide psychological treatment for people experiencing mental health difficulties associated with workplace injuries or motor vehicle accidents.

Please contact me with your referral, claim number and insurer or case manager’s details. Funding arrangements and any required approval need to be confirmed before treatment begins.

Approved treatment is billed directly to the insurer. Any services that are not covered will be discussed with you before they are provided.
